Refund policy

All sales are final once material is dumped of off the dump truck.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
In some cases we can exchange materials for another as long as the material has not been dumped off the dump truck.

Refunds
If the material you ordered has not been dumped off the dump truck you can receive a refund on the materials, the delivery fee will not be refunded in the event you change your mind about accepting your order.
